IT Technician / IT Trainee

Responsibilities 

• Provide general IT technical support.

• Cross platform support: Windows, Mac.

• Responsible for maintenance and operation on Office 365 administration, network and Windows Server.

• Working on IT infrastructure solutions services.

• Assist in IT asset management, housekeeping and quality documentations. 

• Working in Kwun Tong, Tsim Sha Tsui & Central

Qualifications and Requirements 

• Higher diploma or above in IT or relevant disciplines 

• Willing to learn, Fresh graduates are welcome 

• Basic Knowledge in networking equipment is preferable 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Able to work independently 

• Certifications in IT support or service management is preferable
