工程造價相關專業學歷要求

熟練使用Excel及計量軟件

良好溝通與團隊合作能力

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering

Membership in RICS or HKIS highly preferred

Proficiency in BIM software and specialized takeoff/costing software

HK$25,000 - HK$35,000 plus bonus

掃電CP牌 (電業工程人員註冊證明書）

6 days for three weeks and 5 days for one week

Handle daily quantity surveying operations with limited supervision

4 years or above working experience in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies

Good communication and interpretation skills in English and Mandarin

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

At least 1 year working experience for AQS

Minimum 3 years working experience for QS

Salary and Benefits Package includes double pay, bonus, medical, 5-day work

Degree or Higher Diploma in Building

Minimum 3 years experience in building/fitting out projects
