Responsibilities

• Utilize Alteryx to process, cleanse, and validate the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Conduct complex data analysis to support the financial services transformation initiative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data analysis needs and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast outcomes and provide insights that inform project direction.
• Prepare reports and visualizations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

• Continuously evaluate industry trends and tools to improve analytics strategies and enhance the team’s capabilities.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst within the financial services industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Alteryx for data blending, advanced analytics, reporting, and automation tasks.
• Strong understanding of financial service operations and key performance metrics.
• Experience with SQL, Python or R for querying databases and performing statistical analysis is desirable.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights for non-analytical audiences.
