-關於角色-

我們正在尋找一個高度組織、主動且注重細節的生產物流運作官加入我們的團隊。這個角色涉及與我們的創始人密切合作，管理後勤，監督生產跟進，確保順暢的日常運作。

主要責任:

協調工廠生產並監督每日出貨，確保準確性、及時性和適當的文件記錄。
標記包裝並準備運輸文件以滿足運營標準。
監督與工廠、團隊成員、KOL的群聊通訊。
維護和管理庫存記錄，包括進行盤點、設置重置庫存警報以及更新庫存系統。
檢查銷售記錄和運輸數據，確保各運作部門之間的一致性、穩定性和準確性。
為運作助理提供行政支援，包括日常任務和長期項目。

要求：

在快節奏或電子商務環境中，有3至4年相關工作經驗在運輸、物流、行政、庫存管理和營運。
具備強大的學術背景的大學畢業生。
成功管理端到端物流過程的明確記錄。
高度組織化、注重細節且致力於維護準確性，具有處理複雜物流任務的經驗。
