Shui On Building Contractors Limited (Maintenance Division)

• To prepare, check and update working drawings, submission drawings, presentation drawings, survey plans and schedules
• To prepare, update record drawings and programme charts
• To compute site areas, plot ratio, etc.
• To be responsible for the issue and receipt of drawings and to maintain a proper record of such
• To perform site checking, inspection and building control duties

• To perform any other duties as required by SO

  Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate holder in Architectural or Building Studies

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Good practical knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, REVIT, Photoshop, 3D Studio and PowerPoint
• Proficient in architectural drawings with good knowledge of Building Regulations and Code of Practices
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
