Forward Living, also known as迎進生活, initiated Hong Kong's first Nordic-style senior living community in the Tuen Mun district since 2019. The company is dedicated to providing 24-hour professional care, post-discharge care services, and personalized care plans. It breaks away from traditional home models, aiming to create a healthy, positive, and self-reliant living environment for seniors, emulating the Nordic model of elderly care with a resident-centric service philosophy. This fosters comfortable, autonomous living spaces that enable the aging population to live out their later years healthily and positively.
Located in Tuen Mun, Forward Living stands at 9 stories high, covering nearly 60,000 square feet, divided into two phases, offering a total of 229 accommodation units across various room types including single rooms, double rooms, five-person rooms, and even connected rooms (for 2 people). The project is operated by Cultural Village and has been granted a license for highly cared-for residential homes by the Social Welfare Department. The serene surroundings incorporate the service philosophy of The Eden Alternative®, providing diverse activities and international standard nursing furniture, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets. Forward Living offers a range of room options such as single, double, five-person rooms, and even connected rooms (for 2 people).
Since its establishment, Forward Living has continuously strived for excellence, being honored in the Asia Pacific region's Best Retirement Facility of the Year award in 2024, highlighting the recognition of its high-quality services and facilities. The services and products provided, like professional residential care programs, short-term nursing respite programs, etc., cater to the specialized needs of seniors and their families.
