Electrical Engiener / Senior Electrical Engineer (Maintenance works)

Degree in Building Service/ Electrical Engineering

At least 2 years of contractor or FM experience

Holder of Chartership will be an advantage

Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering required

Experience with CAD software advantageous

Strong organizational and communication skills

Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering

1-3 years' relevant working experience

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Assist in tender preparation, price negotiation, and budget control

1-3 years' experience in E&M/Environmental Projects/Building Services

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
