Client Service Assistant, Premium Collection

Contract Period: ASAP - Aug 31, 2023 (Subject to extension for 1 year)

• Basic Salary + Monthly Attn. Bonus + Gratuity Bonus + AL + BL + Medical
• Locations (Need to shift location): TST, Kwun Tong, Quarry Bay, Fortress Hill, CWB or any Centre(s) assigned by the client (With Shift Locations Allowance)
• Monday – Sunday (including Public Holidays), 08:45 – 19:00 (9 hours per day, including 1 hr of meal break), 5 days per week. 
• Working Days will be arranged on a Monthly Roster basis 
   

Responsibilities:

• To handle payment from the clients in the service counters
• Verifying documents, credit card swiping, issuing billing, etc.
• Scan payments of credit card information to designated departments
• General CS & Admin support to the team
• Uniform will be provided

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above (with related cashier experiences will be an advance)
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Detail-minded person & Able to work independently
• Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
