獅子會腎臟教育中心及研究基金會（Lions Kidney Educational Centre and Research Foundation，簡稱LKEC），是一個在香港註冊的慈善組織，根據香港內地稅收條例第88節，享有免稅待遇。本中心由「獅子會，第303區，香港，澳門，中國」創立，旨在通過健康教育預防肾腎疾病，同時為經濟困難的腎病患者提供低收費高質量的血液透析服務。中心的構思始於1987-1988財年，並於1991年開始對公眾提供服務，迄今已發展成為香港最大的慈善腎病血液透析中心之一。 The Lions Kidney Educational Centre and Research Foundation (LKEC), abbreviated from Lions Kidney Educational Centre and Research Foundation, is a charitable organization registered in Hong Kong, enjoying tax exemption under Section 88 of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance. Established by "Lions Club District 303, Hong Kong, Macau, China", its purpose is to prevent kidney diseases through health education and provide low-cost, high-quality dialysis services for economically disadvantaged patients with kidney disease. The foundation's concept was initiated during the fiscal year of 1987-1988, began serving the public in 1991, and has since grown into one of the largest charitable kidney dialysis centers in Hong Kong.
