獨立處理租賃事務能力

Degree holder, property related academic qualifications an advantage

Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in commercial property

Strong communication and interpersonal skills required

處理物業租賃事宜

持有相關學士學位或文憑

熟悉業主與租客條例

Extra commission and year-end bonus

Minimum 2 years in property leasing

Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator

Handle lease renewal processes and related documentation

At least 1 year experience in the leasing industry

Priority for valid Hong Kong Driver's License (Classes 1(A), 2(A))

Handle leasing matters of Grade A Commercial Properties

University graduates in Real Estate / Surveying / Marketing / Business

Minimum 7 years or above relevant experience
