Ensures our stores are welcoming, inclusive and diverse
3. Know Our Product Inside & Out
Comfortably share our seasonal products, make recommendations by outfitting the customers to help add to their purchase
Explains the value behind items by sharing with customers the quality details,fit and fabric that differentiate our product
4. Be Accurate and Efficient
Accurately perform all cashwrap and fitting room functions while maintaining positive engagement with customers
