日常IT Tier 1&2技術支援

熟悉Microsoft Office、Office 365

需具備良好粵語、普通話及基本英語會話能力

5 years or above hands-on technical experience in infrastructure

Experience in Windows, Linux, VMware is highly preferable

ITIL certified or familiar with ITIL processes is an advantage

Experience with email server maintenance

Experience with Oracle database maintenance

With CCIE certificates will be a plus

Salary: HKD 30,000 - 33,000

3-5 years of solid experience in Windows support

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Desktop, Active Directory, and Azure Cloud services

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field

1-2 years' experience in IT support advantageous

Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS required

Degree in information technology required

Proficient in Powershell scripting

Knowledge of Cloud (Azure and Aliyun)
