1-2 years' experience in IT support advantageous

Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS required

2-3 years of experience in supporting ticketing terminals, kiosks, or POS systems

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

On-call support during weekends and public holiday is required

Higher Diploma or above in computer studies

MCITP or CCNA holder would be an advantage

2 year's end-user IT support experience

Experience in property management or estate support is an advantage

Familiar with Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking concepts

At least 1 year of IT support experience required
