Minimum of 6 years' relevant support experience

Strong knowledge of databases security, backup, recovery

Professional qualifications on ITIL and PMP advantageous

Experience in financial/banking applications

University education in business or IT

Fluency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua advantageous

Manage data centre operations, servers, storage, networking

5 years' experience in data centre or IT infrastructure

Microsoft (MCSE), VMware (VCP), Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) certifications preferred
