Provide first line IT support to end users

Experience in PC support and Active Directory configuration

Higher Diploma in information technology or related fields

Self-motivated, service oriented, able to communicate with end-users

Provide General office IT Support

1-2 Years experience in IT Support or Helpdesk

On-Job Training will be provided

1-3 years relevant working experience in deskside support

Diploma or above in computer science or equivalent

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Experience in administering MS365, Windows, and MacOS

Business proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese & English

Experience with computer networks on UniFi devices advantageous

Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support

Install, configure, maintain hardware, software, networks

Troubleshoot system and network problems

Proactive, good communication, problem-solving skills

1-3 years supporting technology in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
