工作內容
職責：
領導團隊實現分部目標，包括營收和費用目標。
領導預售活動：資格認證、解決方案設計、展示、提案、定價和與客戶及夥伴的商業協商。
管理供應商、各種團隊和下屬，確保合同工作和收入認證能在批准的成本表內按時完成。
控制分包商成本，與投標團隊合作，以最大化毛利貢獻。
監控項目進度，協調並參加與客戶、顧問、建築師和承包商的會議，以確保成功實施和完成。
準備並監督測試、驗收和培訓的交付給客戶或維護團隊。
評估分包商表現，確保優秀的施工品質以減少返工和糾正服務。

為進行中的項目準備必要的現場文件和報告。
參加現場會議並產生詳細的現場報告。

要求：
相關學科的大專以上學歷。
