Form 5 level or above required

English/Chinese read/write skills needed

Salary: $40K – $45K x 13 Months

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

6+ years of experience, including 1 year in a managerial role

0-2+ years of experience in IT industry preferred

IT professional certification (ITIL, Azure, Windows, Linux) an advantage

7x24 IT Monitoring Centre operations and Data Centre responsibilities

5–7 years hands-on experience in network design, troubleshooting

Professional certifications such as VCP, MCP, or AIX highly desirable

Familiarity with airport systems considered a strong advantage

33K - 35K salary range

Degree in project management or related field preferred

2+ years technical support experience in innovative technologies
