Participate in IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and fund-raising activities

Professional qualification in accounting or finance preferred

Fluency in Putonghua required, proficiency in English and Chinese

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros/VBA)

Support on corporate finance projects, Pre-IPO, Resumption, M&A

SFC License for RA1 preferred

2-4 years of audit experience required

Manage corporate credit operations with AI automation

University degree in Risk Management, Finance, or similar

6+ years in financial institution credit / commercial lending

Degree in Business, Computer Science or related

3 years+ experience as Business Analyst

Solid experience in requirements gathering meetings

CFA/CPA qualifications are an advantage

Strong command of English and Chinese

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools

1 - 2 years+ experience in Business Analyst
