F.5 / HKDSE or above with clerical / administrative / site experience

Valid Green Card

F.5 / HKDSE or above with clerical / administrative / site experience

Good typing skills (both Chinese and English) & PC skills

Responsible, good communication skills, meticulous and careful

1-2 years clerical experience in construction site required

Familiar with MS-Word and MS-Excel

Good English and Chinese typing skill

Handle quotations, invoices and completion report

Diploma or above required

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

Monthly bookkeeping and bank reconciliation

F.5 or above, Diploma in Accounting preferred

Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software

Handle customer enquiries and operation issues

High Diploma or above required

Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
