我們正在尋找一位注重細節的新業務行政官，加入我們的保險客戶的生命和健康新業務行政團隊。理想候選人應負責進行預售掃描、數據捕獲和反洗錢（AML）檢查，確保為新客戶提供順暢的上崗流程。
主要責任:
進行預售掃描以評估潛在客戶並識別任何合规風險。
執行數據捕獲和驗證，確保客戶資訊的準確性。
執行AML檢查和篩選過程，以滿足新的客戶提交要求，並遵守監管要求。
與銷售團隊合作，簡化上崗流程，解決可能出現的問題。
維護準確的記錄和文件客戶數據和合规檢查。
協助準備與新業務活動和合规狀態相關的報告。
了解行業規則、市場趨勢和公司政策，確保合规性和效率。
根據需要為客戶查詢提供支援，並與相關部門協調。
要求：
商業、金融、保險或其他相關領域的學士學位。
在保險行政或相關領域有經驗者優先。
