Support to CEO, managing calendar and sensitive documents

3-5 years experience supporting top management in Financial Industry

Proficient in MS Office, fluent in English and Chinese

商務管理經驗優先

精通廣東話、普通話及英文

負責CEO日常文書處理

有處理醫療行政或保險索償經驗者優先

熟悉數字媒體平台操作

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a personal assistant

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Solid Hong Kong legal-practice experience

Bachelor's/master's in Law, Finance, or Computer Science

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English and both Traditional & Simplified Chinese
