生命保險索償員工作職責：協助助理索赔經理支持索赔團隊的日常索赔運作、查詢和不斷改善索赔流程
評估並批准複雜的索償
滿足服務回轉時間並實現索償KPI目標
處理來自分銷查詢團隊、客戶查詢團隊和客戶投訴團隊的查詢
協助審查工作流程，實施持續的索償過程改善
參加指定的項目
要求：
擁有FLMI或同等學歷的大學畢業生
在索償和保險行業有相關經驗者優先
以顧客為中心，具備良好的溝通技巧
高情緒成熟度，能夠在壓力下工作
英語和粵語書面及口頭表達能力優秀
目標導向，自我動力，耐心，開朗和積極
