Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
* Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems in line with best practices.
* Maintain cloud solutions while ensuring secure data storage and processing.
* Identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues.
* Regularly review existing systems and recommend improvements.
* Provide cloud support to clients, making informed recommendations based on their requirements.
* Build modern, automated, continuously delivered distributed systems.
* Administer and maintain IT infrastructure in mixed on-premises and public cloud environments.
* Evaluate technologies and develop tools to improve operational efficiency.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring future prevention.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud or application development.
* Experience in container management and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Proficiency with AWS or Google Cloud services preferred.
* Familiarity with Spring Framework, Node.js, Hibernate, or ORM tools is advantageous.
* Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
* Understanding of scalable and fault-tolerant systems, high availability, and disaster recovery.
* Experience with monitoring and log analytics tools (e.g., Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and meet tight schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
* Familiarity with machine learning development in cloud environments.
* Cloud platform certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Strong coding and scripting skills (e.g., Java8+, Kotlin, Node.js, Bash).
* Experience with big data concepts, Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, and related technologies.
* Linux system administration with virtualization, automation, and security expertise.
