Job Requirements:
Liaise with Product on implementation, configuration and troubleshooting on cloud infrastructure (Virtualization, Hardware, Storage and Networking) for supporting new Services and customers.
Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting our multiple cloud infrastructure to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure services
Coordinate and manage vendors in fault resolution when necessary to rectify problems
Manage troubleshooting and root cause analysis with vendors on all systems
Perform upgrades, patches and tuning to improve platform performance
Monitor the cloud infrastructure and application performance to meet with required KPIs
Accommodate complex infrastructure change request
Provisioning of customer orders on Hybrid Cloud, Managed Services, System Integration and other Managed Solutions on case basis
Manage the customer onboarding smoothly with proper handover to operation team
Evaluate and implement change requests from customers
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
3 years of experience in ISP / CT industries
Professional certificates in Microsoft, Linux, VMware (e.g. MCP, MCSE, LPI, VCP) preferred
Knowledge of Windows servers, Linux servers is a MUST
Knowledge of TCP, UDP, Routing, NAS, SAN, VPN and Virtual technology
