Manage Complaints investigation team, handling Life and General Insurance products.

4-6 years experience in customer service or complaint handling required.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, proficient in written English and Chinese.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in beauty/medical industry preferred

Experienced in handling complaints is a must

Immediate availability is highly preferred

Manage entire complaint resolution process

5+ years experience in customer service

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

5 years MPF and Pension experience required

Excellent English writing and reporting skills

2 years of banking and finance experience OR 6 months of pension experience

Fluent in Cantonese and Basic English

Minimum 3 years' retail banking/phone banking/securities firms experience
