Degree in Architectural, Civil, Structure Construction engineering Management

At least 4 years of project management experience in Hong Kong

Solid experience in Commercial Building Renovation projects

Min 8 years working exp in project management

Strong understanding of construction processes

Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Degree holder with minimum 3 years sales experience

Experience in Building Construction or Building Material industry a plus

15-20 Years PM experience in building projects is a MUST

Have network with contractors, consultants, architects and developers is a plus
