Solid Hong Kong IPO execution experience required

Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years in corporate finance

SFC Type 1, 4, 6 licences holder

Support end-to-end IPO process for CSW on HKEX

Qualified Accountant (CPA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) required

Professional qualification in accounting or finance preferred

Support on corporate finance projects, Pre-IPO, Resumption, M&A

SFC License for RA1 preferred

2-4 years of audit experience required

Exposure to Hong Kong IPO preparation, M&A, or corporate restructuring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

6-8 years of relevant experience in finance teams

HK Qualified Lawyer with PQE 3+

Good understanding of corporate finance (IPO, M&A) work

Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
