工作內容
主要職責：
計算及監控食材成本，進行食譜成本分析、損耗率及菜式利潤評估
運用 Excel分析採購數據、供應商表現及市場價格變動
管理庫存水平，定期進行盤點及核對系統數據
建立採購數據儀表板，追蹤成本比例、使用差異及採購價格差異等關鍵指標
我們需要你具備：
具備採購、成本控制或相關工作經驗，飲食業、酒店或餐飲相關行業優先
熟練掌握 Excel 進階功能，能靈活處理及分析大量數據
具備良好數據分析能力，能從數據中歸納趨勢並制定採購策略
熟悉食材成本計算、庫存流轉及食材供應鏈運作
具良好溝通及議價能力，能協調廚房團隊與管理層之間的需求
