Minimum 2 years of customer services, operations, or project management experience

At least 5 yrs exp in Customer service team supervisory

Solid CS exp in Retail, Ecommerce, Health / skin and beauty products

High basic salary + monthly guarantee commission + double pay + year end bonus

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in beauty/medical industry preferred

Experienced in handling complaints is a must

Immediate availability is highly preferred

Minimum 2 years' CS related experience

Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver quality service

至少两年客户服务相关经验

流利广东话、普通话及英文

投资产品知识者优先

Degree in Business, Analytics, or related field

5 years' experience in banking or finance preferred

Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
