相關IT文憑或證書優先

需1年以上桌面支援經驗

熟悉Windows及Office軟件

Handle IT incidents/requests quickly for user satisfaction

At least 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking

Previous experience in IT support/service desk

Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

Willing to work shifts, including weekends

ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) highly desirable

Proven team leadership and people management experience

Hands-on experience managing service desk operations and SLAs

Offer first-tier support service for IT infrastructure to end users.

Possess two to three years of IT-related working experience.

Demonstrate medium-level knowledge of IT infrastructure and basic knowledge of applications.

Support daily operation of computer, system and hardware

Experience in data center operation preferred

Willing to work in shift duties

Supervise IT Deskside, service desk, admin team (approx. 20 ppl)

Experience in End user IT support service required

Fluent English and Cantonese communication skills

Tier 3 support experience is a MUST

Degree in computer science or equivalent required

At least three (3) years of IT experience

University degree in any discipline is mandatory

Minimum of 1 year in IT support, with Splunk experience

Must be lawful to work in Hong Kong or possess a valid working visa
