Minimum of 6 years' experience

Certificate as a sommelier or degree in hospitality beneficial

Master's/PhD in Education/Education Administration required

Native English speaker (USA, Canada, UK)

15+ years managerial experience in international teaching/curriculum oversight

Legal professional background with 5+ years experience

Chinese legal practice qualification required

Bilingual (Chinese and English) contract drafting skills

Conversational proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
