職務概覽

主要責任
- 定義並演進QA路徑、工具和流程（測試策略、風險基測試、發行門、缺陷分類、品質指標）。
- 為產品需求、UX流程、接受標準和邊界情況提供結構化、可行動的反饋；在設計和架構審查中主張可測試性。
- 建立並監控品質KPI（缺陷逃逸率、測試覆蓋率、MTTR、flake率、釋放健康）；將品質狀態和風險通報給相關方。
- 平衡自動化和手動測試；識別自動化候選人並監督堅固且可維護的測試套件（API、UI、整合、回歸、煙霧）
- 領導缺陷管理過程：根源分析、優先處理和預防；通過回顧和CAPA行動推動品質改善。
- 指導並發展QA團隊成員；通過標準、文檔和知識分享來擴大QA能力。
- 與安全/DevOps合作，制定性能、可靠性和安全性測試的最佳實踐；確保遵守相關標準
要求
- 超過10年在QA/軟體品質角色的經驗，其中5年多是領導QA專案或團隊在快節奏的產品環境中。
- 在測試策略、風險基測試、需求分析和發行管理方面有深入的專業知識。
- 熟悉測試自動化框架和工具（例如，
- Playwright/Cypress/WebdriverIO, pytest/Jest, Postman/Newman, REST/GraphQL tools).
- 熟悉CI/CD和版本控制（例如GitHub/GitLab Actions、Jenkins、CircleCI）；經驗豐富地將自動化測試整合到管道中。
- 深入理解現代網頁/移動架構、API、微服務和雲環境。
- 非功能測試經驗：性能（例如k6、JMeter）、可靠性、可訪問性和安全測試實踐。
- 數據驅動的思維方式，具有定義和報告品質指標和OKR的經驗。
