Native or near-native proficiency in German

Proven experience as a professional translator (minimum 2–3 years)

Work with CAT tools (MemoQ, Trados, Phrase, etc.)

Competitive per-word, hourly, or project-based rates

Native or near-native fluency in target language required

Proven professional translator experience

Native-level fluency in English or Chinese

Proven experience as a translator

Understanding of nuances between Simplified and Traditional Chinese

JLPT N1 qualification; native Japanese speakers preferred

Minimum 3 years' experience in translation and interpretation

Technical knowledge of property development or construction a plus

Strong command of Italian and Chinese

Prior experience in legal or commercial translation

Proficiency in CAT tools and office software
