At least 8-10 years solid experience on footwear product range

Define and champion design vision aligning with business goals

Extensive design expertise in industrial, graphic, and UI/UX

Proven track record in senior design leadership role

3-7 years experience in industrial design, consumer electronics preferred

Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software

Fluent Mandarin and working proficiency in English required

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required).

Experience working with overseas factories (especially in China) preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field.

Strong front-end skills: React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JS

Proficient in design tools: Figma, Sketch

Designing noise barrier systems, metal claddings

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required

Minimum 2 years experience in relevant design

Own the Product Design Lifecycle

Simplify Complexity: Translate AI requirements into clean dashboards

Product-Focused Portfolio: Web Applications or SaaS platforms
