• Select and manage wine inventory for the establishment. 負責挑選及管理酒類庫存。

• Recommend wine pairings based on customer preferences. 根據客人喜好推薦合適的葡萄酒。

• Conduct wine tastings and educate staff and guests about wine. 舉辦品酒活動，向員工及客人介紹葡萄酒知識。

• Ensure proper storage and serving techniques for wines. 確保葡萄酒的存放及服務方式符合標準。

要求 | 任職要求

• 來自認可的葡萄酒教育計劃的認證WSET level 2或以上。

• Strong knowledge of wine regions, varieties, and tasting techniques. 熟悉葡萄酒產區、品種及品酒技巧。

• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 具備良好的溝通能力及客戶服務技巧。

• Experience in fine dining or hospitality industry preferred. 具備高級餐飲或酒店業經驗者優先。

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 能夠適應彈性工作時間，包括夜間及週末。
