主要職責

1. Manage warehouse operations, including goods receipt and dispatch 負責倉庫日常運作，包括收貨及出貨管理

2. Prepare regular inventory reports 定期編制庫存報告

3. Coordinate logistics arrangements, including preparing and issuing delivery notes and credit notes, and scheduling transportation 協調物流安排，包括準備及發出送貨單及退款單，並安排運輸時間表

4. Maintain warehouse organization and conduct regular stocktaking 維持倉庫整潔及有序，並定期進行盤點

5. Prepare computer and printer equipment prior to shipment (e.g. system updates, hardware / software reconfiguration) 出貨前準備電腦及打印機設備（例如系統更新、硬件／軟件重新配置）

6. Assemble computers, printers, and servers 組裝電腦、打印機及伺服器設備

7. Perform on-site installation, configuration, and deployment of computer and printer equipment for clients 為客戶提供現場電腦及打印機設備安裝、設定及部署服務

8. Support on-site project (e.g. install electronic price tag systems on-site) 支援現場項目（例如：安裝電子價錢牌系統）

Job Requirements 職位要求

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline 持有IT或相關學科之文憑或學位

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the IT field (experience in warehouse management and hardware deployment is an advantage) 具至少2年IT相關實務經驗（具倉庫管理及硬件部署經驗者優先）

• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and basic written English 懂廣東話及具基本英文書寫能力

• 能應付體力工作 (如搬運設備及倉務工作)

• Willingness to perform outdoor/on-site work as required 願意配合外勤工作及到客戶現場工作

• Basic knowledge of logistics operations and documentation is preferred 熟悉基本物流流程及文件處理者優先

• Immediate availability is preferred 可即時上班者優先
