Minimum 2 years' experience as Funds Paralegal

High proficiency in English and Chinese

Assist in preparing legal documents

Review, develop, implement compliance policies and internal controls.

Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks, SFC license types 1, 4, 5, 9.

Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related discipline required.
