At least five years of professional IT experience required

Experience in government IT projects and HR Management Systems advantageous

One year's relevant experience in a government department required

Higher diploma in computer subjects or equivalent

Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

2-year work experience in Government Bureaus /Departments

Experience in system revamp / migration project

Advanced proficiency in Excel, knowledge in Microsoft Outlook / Exchange preferred

Adheres to highest international and industry standards (AAALAC, GLP)

Experience in laboratory animal husbandry and experimental techniques advantageous

Bachelor's degree holder preferred
