Bachelor's degree required

1 year relevant experience required

Minimum 10 years project management experience

PMP certification highly preferred

Proven track record in government sector projects

One year's relevant experience in a government department required

Higher diploma in computer subjects or equivalent

Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

Expertise in system, network, security, data center, or storage

Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related disciplines

ITIL or PMP certification is essential

IT application development, implementation, maintenance

1 year's Java and SQL programming experience

Good bilingual communication skills preferred

Experience in Python, JavaScript, C#, Web Programming

At least 1 year practical experience required

High Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent

Degree in Business, Language, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing

Over 10 years experience in corporate communications, branding, and sustainability

Excellent command of Mandarin and English
