Requires Overnight Shift Duties

Familiar with Opera / Operetta system advantageous

Diploma in hospitality management or related disciplines

At least 1-2 years experience in hotel industry

Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

At least 2 years of working experience in service industry

Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented

More experience will be considered as Senior Guest Experience Associate

Deliver premium services to tenants and visitors

Tertiary education in Property / Hotel Management

Strong problem solving skills

Ex-Flight Attendants or Luxury Hotel professionals preferred

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional etiquette

Prior experience in hotel reception, aviation, or hospitality industry preferred

Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Solid computer literacy in Microsoft Office
