University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification essential.

At least 8-12 years of relevant finance experience, with 5+ years in senior finance roles.

Solid understanding of SFC Financial Resources Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, FRR reporting.

Strong knowledge of HK laws, especially SFC licensed activities

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required

Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or risk management

Seasoned Head of Operations for trade execution oversight

8+ years securities operations experience required

Familiarity with SFC regulations and RO eligibility

Prefer FIG Sector Director or above
