Develop and execute tailored sales plans for student accommodation

Bachelor's degree in BBA, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 5 years experience in sales, leasing, and business development

Lead strategic rollout in Hong Kong's dynamic service economy

Own Hong Kong P&L, drive user acquisition and enterprise growth

Deep understanding of local F&B, retail, logistics landscape required

Lead and enhance market conduct control framework

10–15 years experience in trade surveillance

Familiarity with trade surveillance systems (NASDAQ SMARTS)
