Seasoned Head of Operations for trade execution oversight

8+ years securities operations experience required

Familiarity with SFC regulations and RO eligibility

Minimum 12 years of progressive IT leadership experience

Professional certifications in project management and cybersecurity preferred

Over 10 years of marketing experience required

Strong understanding of dining trends in Hong Kong and Mainland China

Familiar with digital ecosystems in HK & Mainland China

At least 15 years of relevant experience required

University education, preferably in computer science or related fields

Solid project management and communication skills

Establishing a new regional hub in Hong Kong for APAC market expansion

Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in major global jurisdictions

5+ years of compliance experience, 3 years in FX/CFD brokerage

University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification essential.

At least 8-12 years of relevant finance experience, with 5+ years in senior finance roles.

Solid understanding of SFC Financial Resources Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, FRR reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics preferred

10+ years in banking/financial services required

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related with CPA qualification preferred

At least 15 years of relevant experience in banking industry

Knowledge of HKMA regulatory reporting requirements is a must

Degree in Business, Language, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing

Over 10 years experience in corporate communications, branding, and sustainability

Excellent command of Mandarin and English
