Solid technical background, including Active Directory, Windows 11, Office 365.

Proven experience of 1st/2nd line support (essential)

Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology

Basic Knowledge of Server / WAN / LAN equipment

Cantonese and English communication skill

Sizable 銀行金融機構 In-house Office

人工 HKD $30,000-32,000 (睇經驗) + Bonus

一定要大學學歷 Computer Science，必須持有學位

Degree in Computer Science or related field

4 years IT support experience, banking experience preferred

Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese a plus
