Recognized diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support

Professional certification in relevant areas advantageous

Previous experience in IT support/service desk

Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

Willing to work shifts, including weekends

Motivated IT Helpdesk Support opportunity in leading international financial institution

Immediate availability is a strong advantage

Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory required

Onsite work in call center, no overnight shift

IT background and customer service experience preferred
