Provide Level 2-3 IT support

Bachelor's degree in IT required

3+ years infrastructure support experience

Design and optimize multi-account landing zones

Lead infrastructure as code using Terraform/CloudFormation

Implement unified tagging for cost allocation and access control

At least 3 years' experience in supporting UNIX/Linux and backup tools

Solid working experience in SAN storage and SAN switch administration

Familiar with Ansible, shell scripting is an advantage

Expertise with VMware vsphere, vSAN or Microsoft Hyper-V

At least 5 years of hands-on experiences on server virtualization

Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

At least three (3) years of IT experience

Degree or above in computer science or equivalent

Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese

HKD 70,000 - 80,000 per month + bonus
