Building Services

Experienced / Good Knowledge in Housing Project is a MUST

Registered in Labour Department

5+ years post qualification experience in site safety administration

Experience in Plumbing & Drainage projects

Higher Diploma in Engineering field

Good command of English and Chinese

Residential, Hospital, ASD, Housing, Civil, MTRC

Fire Services, Electrical

Specialize in commercial fitting out

Diploma in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineer required

Minimum 2 years' experience in building services or HVAC

University Degree or equivalent required

Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Responsible for HVAC repairing, retrofit projects, and team management

持有一級建造證書者優先考慮

熟悉AutoCAD與BIM軟件
