Finance Manager - Reporting and Planning

Responsibilities
* Take a key role in managing the financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting at Group level, including reviewing submission of business units and other group companies, updating and maintaining the financial budgeting and planning models, and providing accounting and tax advices
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports, papers, analyses and presentation materials for the Group in facilitating senior management on strategic decision making
* Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance with the Corporation’s policies and procedures
* Assist in managing the Hong Kong and international tax reporting to ensure compliance tax regulations
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the development and rollout of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Requirements
* Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or a related discipline
* Possession of a recognised professional qualification, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
* A minimum of 6 years’ post qualification experience with exposure in leading CPA firms and/or multi-national listed groups, of which 2 years should be at managerial / senior supervisory level
* Strong logical and analytical skills and business acumen with sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRSs”), Hong Kong and international tax laws, Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and Hong Kong Listing Rules
* Solid knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
* Excellent communication and reporting writing skills in both English and Chinese
* Able to work independently and under pressure
