職責:
- 办理一般接待員業務,為客戶提供專業的客戶服務,包括接聽電話,回答客戶查詢,招待客人等;
- 協助客戶安排行程;
- 維護公司日常運作,協助處理付款、開立發票、核對數量等事項;
- 協助採購辦公用品;
- 協助健身中心內部和外部的市場推廣、宣傳和公共關係工作,並負責文書處理相關工作;
- 如有必要,協助處理特殊項目
工作時間:星期一至五,上午十時三十分至下午七時三十分及星期六,上午九時三十分至下午一时三十分
(午餐時間:一小時)
入職要求:
- 中五或以上學歷
- 具有一年或以上相關工作經驗者優先考慮
- 接受應屆畢業生申請
- 持有效急救證書、AED證書者優先
- 积极、具有独立处理事务的能力、有信心且具有良好组织能力
- 拥有良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力 - 良好的中、英文字写和会话
- 熟练使用电脑(Excel & Words),必须懂得中文打字(仓颉或速成)及文書處理
