What We Do:
Branches of Hope, founded in 2012, is a tax-exempt charity under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance to restore Dignity, Justice and Hope to the marginalised and vulnerable in Hong Kong. We are dedicated to bringing changes to the refugees, asylum-seekers (non-refoulement claimants) and human trafficking survivors communities through Care, Empowerment and Social Reform. Branches of Hope has two initiatives including Refugee Opportunity and Development (ROAD) and Stop Trafficking of People (STOP).

* Provide general office support, including clerical tasks, Maintaining files, sorting donations, and updating the office inventory under the guidance of the Office Manager
* Assisting with data entry
Background:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others? We're looking for volunteers to provide valuable administrative support during weekdays. Your tasks will include general office support, maintaining files, and assisting with data entry.
What We Have:
Guideline will be provided, and volunteer will work closely with office manager in every task.

Requirements:
* Provide general office support, including clerical tasks, Maintaining files, sorting donations, and updating the office inventory under the guidance of the Office Manager
* Assisting with data entry
* Volunteers proficient in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint lists, and Power Automate are preferred
* Volunteers may assist at any time during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM)
