Assist in overall management of development projects from feasibility, planning, procurement, construction up to completion stage;
Review all documentation including feasibility study, design proposals & plans, tender documents and contracts.
Ensure all these are of good quality and meet with project requirements;
Use existing knowledge and expertise to review various technical drawings for accuracy and identify risks. Also, to verify various fees against work completed before submitting for payments;
Evaluate project feasibility during land bidding stage, understand statutory constraints; the ability to design efficient building layout to fulfill regulations and company’s business direction would be an advantage;
Prepare written reports and regular progress updates/risk assessments to the management;
Co-ordinate with internal departments as well as external parties on project related issues
Degree holder in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying (not a must) or related disciplines;
3 years or above solid experience in Property Developer or major consultants with Hong Kong local residential projects is preferred;
Conversant with planning, design, construction, project management and building regulations in Hong Kong;
Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with teamwork spirit and the ability to manage professional consultants;
Excellent organizational skills, meticulous, rigorous, and composed, with strong professional ethics;
Patient, responsible, diligent and good at cross-departmental coordination;
Flexible mindset, willing to learn, able to adapt company workflows and requirements, plus execute effectively;
Proficient in English (written) and Cantonese (spoken and written) are preferred
